Despite offering a variety of roofing services, the client’s current GMB listing wasn’t performing well. This meant potential customers weren’t finding them easily on Google searches, leading to lower customer engagement.
They hired us to optimize and rank their Google Business Profile to help them get noticed by more local customers searching for roofers online and build a better reputation.
AUDIT FINDINGS ON GMB PRESENCE
Upon auditing our client’s GMB listing, we identified several critical issues:
- The business information on their Google My Business listing was incomplete.
- The Name, Address, and Phone Number data were inconsistent across different online platforms.
- There were very few customer reviews, which made the listing less appealing.
- Visual content, such as photos or videos, was lacking on the GMB page.

RESULTS:
Within just one month of implementing our GMB optimization strategies, our client witnessed remarkable improvements in their online visibility, engagement, and customer inquiries. Upon reviewing the Google Business Profile, we observed 466 clicks, 339 Directions, 45 calls received via GMB, and 82 website clicks.
